Experience in architecting solutions using ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM) module
Experience in performing fit gap analysis on customer requirement and OOTB CSM Capabilities Good understanding of CSM Data Model (such as Products, Contracts, Contacts, Accounts etc..) and Business Model (B2B, B2C etc.)
Hands-on experience in CSM workspace, Service Portal and Virtual Agent
Experience in Flow Designer, UI Builder, Virtual Agent, Service Catalog / Record Producer, Flow Designer? Experience in leveraging ServiceNow best practices in designing solutions? Experience in designing custom applications based on CSM modules, with workflow customizations, UI customizations
Experience in Advanced Work Assignment? Exposure to ServiceNow Integrations
custom and Integration Hub ? Good to have - experience on ServiceNow Sourcing & Procurement, HRSD, CMDB, Hardware, Software Asset Management, Discovery, Service Mapping and event Management.
