Poste et missions
Being part of the Natixis IT Team, you will provide in-valuable experience and exposure to kick-start your career.
You will support the team on a range of challenging projects, with intensive coaching, and training, with clear areas of responsibility. You will take on challenges as part of a multi-cultural and cross-regional team in an international and fast-growing organization.
You will help your team members with administration, monitoring and automating different processes of the IT department. You will also aid month-end closing activities, including generating reports statements and management reports.
Responsibilities :
* Day to day administration of systems.
o System monitoring ;
o Participate in projects with development teams ;
o Assist team members in their day to day activities ;
o Reporting of all relevant information / problems according to ITIL ;
o Support onsite (helpdesk) ;
o Support with hardware / equipment / workstations / assets.
* Participate to integration of the new platform CIB
o Major transverse and convergence projects coming in 2026 ;
o Maintain up to date procedures and documentation in accordance with group standards ;
o Be a key member in the delivery of the outsourcing (legacy WM activities).
This position is for 12 months, renewable for a maximum of 24 months.
Profil et compétences requises
You have a Master's degree in IT Engineering.
IT skills: proficiency with Microsoft Servers, Programming is a plus.
Language skills: English (level B2).
Highly analytical and structured approach, strong reasoning abilities, self-motivated and able to troubleshoot and work independently with minimum supervision.
This position is only open to candidates eligible for the Business France V.I.E program:

- Graduates.
