🚀 Your Mission

We are looking for a Senior Presales Engineer to act as the technical cornerstone of our sales process. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with Account Executives to deliver powerful demos, design tailored solutions, and guide prospects through technical evaluations. Your mission is to bridge the gap between business needs and technical possibilities, making complex AI-powered HR solutions clear and actionable.


You will play a key role in enabling our enterprise clients—recruitment companies and large employers (Fortune 1000, CAC40)—to understand, test, and integrate HrFlow.ai. You’ll be trusted as a product expert, problem-solver, and client advocate from first meeting to closing—and beyond.


👑 Responsibilities

* Partner with Account Executives during the sales cycle to qualify leads and identify client needs.
* Conduct deep-dive calls and deliver customized product demonstrations.
* Design solution architectures aligned with client HRIS/ATS environments and workflows.
* Manage technical validations (PoCs, pilot projects) and ensure technical win.
* Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to provide client feedback and shape roadmap.
* Ensure smooth handoff to the Customer Success and Professional Services teams post-sale.
* Maintain accurate records in the CRM and help track technical pre-sales performance.


🎯 About You - Must Have

* 5+ years of experience in a client-facing technical role (presales, solution engineering, etc.).
* Strong understanding of HR tech products (ATS, HRIS, job boards, etc.).
* Proven experience leading enterprise solution design and integration conversations.
* Familiarity with scripting (e.g. Python, Postman) for demo prototyping or API testing.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English & French.
* Experience working with APIs, SaaS platforms, and complex B2B architectures.
* Comfortable building and delivering high-impact demos and technical decks.
* Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritize under pressure.
* Familiar with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
