Job Description Principales responsabilités : - Gestion des sinistres impliquant des tiers : - Réception et analyse des dossiers de sinistres impliquant des tiers (rapports, etc.) - Saisie de toutes les données dans le système informatique - Recherche des informations nécessaires à la constitution des dossiers - Optimisation et suivi de la facturation des sinistres - Gestion des sinistres reçus - Facturation des sinistres directs et des indemnités de garantie - Respect des procédures - Relations quotidiennes avec notre assureur - Information et maintien des relations avec les agences, les clients, les experts et les autres services de l'entreprise - Exécution de toutes les tâches confiées par votre responsable hiérarchique Europcar Mobility Group Europcar Mobility Group is a global mobility player, with 75 years of mobility services expertise and a leading position in Europe. “We help to change the way you move” is what we stand for and brings us together.
