Bridor, a leading supplier of premium pastries, bread and patisserie in more than 100 countries is looking to appoint a Sales Director Foodservice National Accounts (M/W) to further drive sales across UK & Ireland. Within this region, Bridor has successfully traded premium quality products with high-end customers across the Retail and Foodservice channels for over 25 years. Following strong growth and future growth plans both globally and within the region.
At the heart of this role is a focus on first class service, account management and people leadership & development, something which Bridor prides itself on and attributes its success to. As Sales Director Foodservice National Accounts, it will be your responsibility to ensure customers receive the high level of service expected, whilst maximising the opportunities to penetrate the UK & Ireland Foodservice market further.
Reporting directly into the Sales Director Northern Europe, you will lead and develop a team of National Account Managers and Customer Service Manager across the following Foodservice channels : National wholesalers, contract caterers, leading coffee chains, hotel & restaurant groups and travel operators.
In addition to setting the strategic growth plans you will take direct account responsibly for some of the larger National accounts both at UK & EMEA level.
Through your team you will be responsible for identifying and developing new initiatives to drive growth, joining forces with the wider Sales, Innovation, Production and Category teams. As well as developing successful relationships with existing customers, a key focus will be on driving new business opportunities in line with Bridor's growth plans.
