Key Responsibilities:
* Engage, and qualify inbound and outbound leads through proactive outreach via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
* Nurture leads throughout the buyer journey by delivering value-added content and leveraging targeted marketing materials to generate interest, build trust, and encourage continued engagement.
* Partnering with the Sales team to align on target prospects, share lead intelligence, coordinate meeting scheduling, and ensure a smooth transition of qualified opportunities into the sales pipeline.
* Ensure a smooth and personalized prospect experience, by identifying their key challenges, articulating how the solution addresses their needs, and maintaining consistent follow-up to maximize conversion and satisfaction.
What You Bring:
* You hold a Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Business or a related field.
* You are native speaker or bilingual in English.
* Ideally, you have years of experience in complex B2B sales and in helping drive business growth and deliver an exceptional client experience.
* You are self-motivated, resilient, and bring a solid background in IT with a deep understanding of the tech industry.
