Sous la responsabilité d'un Team Leader, les missions sont les suivantes :
Au quotidien :
- Organiser et gérer les contrats de vente conclus par les commerciaux
- Enregistrer les commandes clients et en assurer la bonne exécution
- Gérer la relation client
- Anticiper les situations potentielles de dysfonctionnements ou risque d'insatisfaction client

Your missions :
Reporting to a Team Leader, you will BE responsible for the following tasks :
Your day-to-day activities :
- Organise and manage sales contracts concluded by sales representatives
- Record customer orders and ensure that they are carried out correctly
- Manage customer relations
- Anticipate potential malfunctions or risks of customer dissatisfaction
- Resolve problems collaboratively with customers and the Tereos organisation (Sales, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance)
Your profil :
BTEC in commerce, sales and/or equivalent experience of at least 3 years in sales administration, customer relations, customer collection.
Bilingual (English and French essential).
German would BE a plus.
