Context :
Reporting to the Sales Manager France, you will be a Commercial F/H responsible for developing, deploying, and animating points of sale within your sector, focusing on Money Transfer, Digital Services (Prepaid Payment Cards, SIM Kits, Phone Packs), and Physical Product Sales (Prepaid Cards, SIM Kits, Phone Packs).
As a key member of the sales team at WORLDLINE PREPAID SERVICES FRANCE, you will embody the dynamic expansion of our activities across the South East sector (Lyon to Perpignan and Marseille), primarily consisting of community-based local points of sale such as teleboutiques, small retailers, tobacconists, and press shops.
You will have autonomy to implement your sales strategies, collaborating with a team that values innovative ideas.
Main Responsibilities :
1. Manage and Grow Your Sector: Develop and execute strategies to increase sales and enhance our network's visibility.
2. Customer Relations: Build and maintain client loyalty, understanding and anticipating their needs, demonstrating initiative.
3. Market Strategies: Identify growth opportunities and implement effective on-the-ground actions to energize our points of sale.
4. Internal Collaboration: Work with internal partners to establish standards of excellence, fostering a culture of performance and innovation.
5. Competitive Intelligence: Stay ahead of market trends to adapt and refine your sales approach.
Profile Sought :
* Degree in sales or management with proven field sales experience.
* Preferably 3+ years in a similar role, with knowledge of financial services, telecom products, or prepaid cards.
* Resilience and strategic negotiation skills.
* Comfort with technology tools and data analysis for precise tracking.
