Contribution to the Marketing action plan, and support to the Marketing team (3 people) in their actions for promoting SPIE's Macro Offer, creating Marketing and communication tools :
- Marketing tools :
Content Management : creation, proofread, validation, diffusion
Content creation, in collaboration with strategic committees, experts, subsidiaries etc
Preparation of Group commercial brochures (strategic markets, activities, offers)
Brochures - Powerpoint presentation - Other Marketing deliverables creation.
- MarCom Projects Management :
White Papers (Transversal project management with internal ressources and agencies, writers, translators etc.).
Implementation and follow-up of the action plan for Group Marketing deliverables for 6 months
Participation in the creation of ppt/PDF presentation materials (strategic markets, market studies, offers, management requests, etc.).
Participation in the creation of other deliverables (e.g. Solutions for Energy Transition Book, Business References)
Support for key strategic projects : Group Business References project.
- Marketing Communication :
Implementation and monitoring of the Group's marketing communication plan.
Communication of marketing material through different channels and media, in collaboration with the Communication Dpt
Proposition and creation of specific MarCom Plans (promoting our Business lines and related marketing tools).
- Presentations and participation to Group Committees (for the MarCom dev.), and support in the organisation of key events (ie. Investor day, Innovation day, etc.).
Average travel (in EU) : ~ 2/month (Max 2-3 days).

Support for technical management of the front office and back office, in relation with the IT service provider.
Updating content (texts, brochures and other resources, photos) in the 5 group languages
Content management (creation of texts, translations, formatting)
Point of contact for requests from subsidiaries or other.
