About the Role

As a Product Manager for ArrowSphere Cloud you will own the full product lifecycle—from vision to launch—driving the roadmap that powers cloud and AI adoption across our distribution ecosystem.


Your Mission

Steer the ArrowSphere platform to become the go‑to solution for cloud distribution and AI‑enabled services, aligning product strategy with market needs and business goals.


Key Responsibilities


Product Management

* Define and champion a clear, strategic product roadmap.
* Gather, prioritize, and translate user insights into actionable requirements.
* Partner with engineering, DevOps, and UX teams to deliver high‑impact features.
* Track KPIs, adoption rates, and usage metrics; iterate for continuous improvement.
* Ensure timely, high‑quality delivery of every product initiative.


Cloud Distribution & AI Strategy

* Shape next‑generation cloud distribution models.
* Embed AI / GenAI capabilities into the platform and showcase their value.
* Identify and drive AI‑powered process enhancements across the business.
* Support the rollout of AI‑driven solutions throughout the distribution value chain.


Stakeholder Management

* Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, operations, and support teams.
* Build strong relationships with cloud vendors and strategic partners.
* Maintain alignment across all stakeholders and communicate progress clearly.
* Contribute to RFP responses and position ArrowSphere in strategic opportunities.


Go‑to‑Market & Product Marketing

* Help craft launch plans for new features and offerings.
* Create compelling product assets (presentations, demos, documentation).
* Partner with marketing to drive demand generation—campaigns, events, content.
* Ensure seamless internal and external communication of product releases.


Training & Enablement

* Educate sales, support, and business‑development teams on new capabilities.
* Empower partners and customers to get the most out of the platform.
* Develop training materials and engaging educational content.
* Lead change‑management initiatives to boost adoption of new tools and processes.


Who You Are

* At least 10 years of product‑management experience.
* Deep knowledge of cloud distribution ecosystems (vendor, distributor, or partner).
* Strong interest and functional understanding of Artificial Intelligence / GenAI.
* Solid grasp of cloud platforms, APIs, and digital ecosystems.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
* Comfortable thriving in an international, multicultural environment.


Languages

* Fluent English (mandatory).
* French – minimum B2 level.


Technical Skills

* Product‑management tools: Jira, Confluence, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint.
* UX / design tools: Figma, Balsamiq, Adobe XD (or equivalents).
