One of NV's key accounts is searching for a Biotechnology Sales Manager to drive the sales of their cell culture analysers across France.
This role will be heavily focused on hunting for new business.
Main responsibilities;
* Drive sales of cell culture analysers and counters into Biopharma, Universities and Research Facilities across France
* Meet and exceed agreed sales targets for the territory for capital equipment and consumables
* Identify new opportunities by creative account prospecting and comprehensive account qualification processes
* Manage the sales territory by implementation of an effective sales call planning schedule
* Perform an adequate number of product presentations and demonstrations to ensure sales targets are achieved
* Maintain the CRM Tool – Sales Force.com
* Attend relevant exhibitions
* Assist the Technical Support team in the identification and resolution of after sales performance issues
* Provide feedback to the Applications team to assist in future product developments
Our must haves;
* 3+ years experience selling capital equipment into biopharma markets ranging from upstream development to GMP
* Good understanding of bioprocessing
* Fluency in French and English
* Hunter mentality, eager to overachieve targets
* Willingness to travel nationwide
