As a Risk Product Manager in our Capital Markets product team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting clients using our modern, cross-asset trading and risk platform - trusted by some of the world’s leading banks, hedge funds, and energy & commodity trading firms. The Orchestrade product team is at the heart of solving the complex challenges faced by market participants.

In this role, you’ll be the architect of our next-generation Risk Framework, driving innovation that empowers front office traders, risk officers, and compliance teams to act with precision and confidence. You’ll collaborate with quant teams, developers, and clients across continents to design and deliver state-of-the-art tools for cross-asset risk analysis, pricing, and data visualization.

Our platform is API-enabled, cloud-ready, and designed to deliver best-in-class trade booking, real-time P&L and explain, risk analytics, lifecycle management, confirmations, and reconciliations - across a wide range of instruments and asset classes.


What You’ll Do

* Lead the product roadmap for our Risk and Analytics suite across Market, Credit or Liquidity Risk.
* Design and deliver risk analysis features tailored to real-world workflows—P&L, VAR, scenario and stress testing.
* Specify and oversee robust pricing models and market data structures in collaboration with Quants and Developers.
* Own product lifecycle activities: requirements, QA, documentation, training, and release planning.
* Support Go-to-Market: assist sales, solutions engineering, implementation and support teams
* Engage with clients for discovery, feedback, and roadmap validation


What You Bring

* 8+ years in capital markets technology or banking, with in-depth knowledge of risk analytics in at least one major asset class.
* A Master’s degree in Financial Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
* Strategic thinking, outstanding problem-solving skills, and a deep passion for building enterprise-grade solutions and client satisfaction.
* Strong communication and presentation skills for stakeholder alignment and client engagement.
