Main responsibilities:

* Lead and develop a team of approximately 12 digital professionals (internal staff and contractors) distributed across three chemistry platform sites
* Drive digital operational excellence and continuous improvement for all digital services, including infrastructure, applications (MES, LIMS, ERP, AI/GenAI), and cybersecurity
* Partner with business leaders and M&S digital product lines to identify needs, shape strategy, and deliver solutions that maximize business value
* Manage the digital portfolio and budget for the chemistry platform, participating in Strategic Plan and Long-Range Planning cycles
* Ensure compliance with quality, regulatory (GxP, SOX, data privacy), and cybersecurity standards while maintaining site cybersecurity performance targets
* Oversee daily operations, service continuity, and relationships with suppliers and service providers
* Champion digital transformation initiatives that enhance manufacturing processes and supply chain efficiency


About you

Experience:

* Proven track record in IT leadership roles within pharmaceutical or chemical manufacturing, ideally in multi-site environments

Soft and technical skills:

* Strong leadership with experience managing geographically dispersed teams
* Deep knowledge of industrial IT systems (MES, LIMS, SCADA, ERP) and digital transformation in manufacturing
* Agile mindset with expertise in project management, change management, and business partnering
* Strategic thinking with strong decision-making and consulting abilities
* Understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain, and GxP compliance requirements
* Comfortable with regular travel between sites

Education:

* Engineering degree or Master's in computer science, information systems, or related field

Languages:

* Fluent in French and English
