Our award-winning ethanol conversion kits allow petrol-powered vehicles to run on E85 bioethanol, a cleaner, more economical and renewable fuel. With over 10 years of success in Europe and more than 60,000 vehicles using our technology, we are now scaling operations in France to support large fleet operators, leasing companies and forward thinking mobility partners.
The Role
This is a senior field sales role focused on high-volume B2B customers in the automotive and fleet space. You’ll be supported by HQ tools, data and technical knowledge, but success in France depends on being in the market, visiting prospects and earning trust.
We’re looking for a real doer, someone who can open doors, walk the sites and drive customer decisions. You’ll play a critical role in shaping our entry into the French fleet segment and have room to influence our go-to-market approach, partnerships, and team growth.
What You’ll Do
* Lead sales development targeting fleet managers, leasing companies, used car dealerships, rideshare platforms and large automotive networks
* Engage decision makers directly and promote our high ROI E85 solution
* Educate the market on fuel savings, reduced TCO and emissions benefits
* Leverage company resources (lead data, tools, marketing) to support prospecting and qualification
* Conduct demos, site visits and face-to-face meetings to convert leads
* Translate customer feedback into actionable insights for our HQ and product team
* Help shape hiring and operational needs for the French market
You Bring
* 5+ years in fleet, leasing, automotive services, or commercial vehicle sales
* Experience engaging B2B customers and negotiating fleet-scale solutions
* Motivation to work independently, open new markets and visit prospects regularly
* Understanding of France’s vehicle, transport or mobility sectors
* Interest in cost saving technologies and low emission solutions
* Bilingual fluency in French and English
Remuneration & Engagement
This role is ideally a full-time salaried position employed directly by eFlexFuel France. However, we are open to discussing part-time or consulting arrangements with the right candidate. A competitive base salary, attractive commission structure and benefits are offered, along with strong internal support and the tools to succeed in the field.

Location
Role can be based in any major city in France. Frequent domestic travel is expected.
