As our Senior Powder Formulation Expert, you won't just create products, you will become the technical backbone of our most ambitious global projects. Reporting to the Lab Manager, you will lead high-performance formula development from the initial creative brief to full-scale industrial success.
The Mission: Leading Technical Excellence
As the technical "orchestrator," you will operate across two strategic pillars: bespoke client solutions (CDMO) and disruptive innovation for our internal catalog.
* Formula Engineering: Design exceptional powder textures (loose, pressed, and compacted), mastering every parameter: sensoriality, color payoff, and long-term stability.
* Global Technical Reference: Act as the "Go-to-Expert." Your diagnostic skills will be the bridge between R&D, Production, and Packaging to solve complex technical challenges.
* From Bench to Factory: You don't stay behind a desk. You will collaborate closely with the Industrialization team to define processes (compaction pressure, mixing times) and provide on-site support for initial production runs.
* Client Partner: Represent the technical voice during brand presentations, turning marketing concepts into viable industrial realities.
* Trend Scouting: Anticipate tomorrow’s trends (Clean Beauty, naturality) and explore innovative raw materials.

What We Are Looking For
We are seeking a formulation enthusiast who blends scientific rigor with a hands-on, "on-the-ground" mentality.
* Experience: 8 to 15 years of expertise in makeup formulation, with absolute mastery of Powder technologies.
* Technical Savvy: A deep understanding of the complex interactions between formulas, industrial processes, and packaging.
* Soft Skills: A natural leader who can make decisions, argue technical points, and mentor others. You are as comfortable in the lab as you are on the production floor.
* Languages: Professional English is required for international client interactions.
