We are seeking an experienced Project Management Officer (PMO) with a strong background in Data, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Quality Control (QC) to support a strategic Data Remediation initiative across multiple sites.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and manage the execution of action plans in collaboration with digital and quality teams
* Monitor and follow up on all QC data remediation activities across assigned sites
* Support the definition of data governance rules and ensure alignment with key stakeholders
* Update action plans in response to evolving project needs and identified gaps
* Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams, including digital teams and key business users
* Ensure timely delivery of project streams while maintaining quality and compliance standards
Profile Sought:
* 3–5 years of experience in a PMO role, preferably within data-driven or regulated environments
* Proven experience with data remediation projects, ideally involving SPC, QC Insight, or similar systems
* Strong organizational skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Fluency in French and English
* Comfortable working in a fully remote, international environment
