Position Summary

Our client is a European software company experiencing strong growth and expanding its commercial presence across several international markets. RECRUITMENT CONTEXT

As part of its expansion on the Spanish market, our client is opening a new position to strengthen its commercial activities and support growing demand.

POSITION AND RESPONSIBILITIES

We are seeking a Sales Developer - Spanish Market to help accelerate growth and strengthen commercial performance.

In this position, you will:

  • Proactively identify and engage qualified prospects in Spain.

  • Conduct remote product demonstrations and guide prospects through their decision‑making process.

  • Understand clients' financial workflows and highlight how the platform addresses their challenges.

  • Develop and maintain a robust outbound pipeline.

  • Present tailored value propositions with a consultative sales approach.

  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from qualification to closing.

  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams.

  • Monitor performance KPIs and provide relevant insights on market trends.

  • Represent the company's voice on the Spanish market and share strategic feedback internally.

‍ DESIRED PROFILE

You hold at list a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Finance, or a related field. A first experience in sales or business development—whether through an internship, work-study program, or junior position—is appreciated, especially in a SaaS or B2B environment.

You are comfortable managing a sales cycle, using CRM tools, and working in a digital, fast‑paced environment. You combine strong communication skills with curiosity, resilience, and the ability to quickly understand clients' operational needs. Organized, proactive, and naturally driven, you enjoy taking initiative and working towards ambitious goals while contributing positively to a team atmosphere.

You are bilingual in Spanish, with professional proficiency in English.
