Global Insight Manager (F/M)
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Insight Manager to join our dynamic team. This role demands a strategic thinker who thrives in fast-paced environments and can effectively communicate complex data in a clear and actionable manner.
Data Collection and Analysis
Lead the collection and analysis of consumer data to understand needs, expectations, and behaviors
Utilize both qualitative and quantitative research techniques, including surveys and focus groups
Proactively use multiple sources of inspiration for identifying customer insights adapted to context (market research, social media, NPS verbatims, CES data & reports, visits to car/truck shows, ratings and reviews, etc.), and consolidate these data from various sources into synthesized insights
Develop data-driven recommendations to enhance marketing and communication efforts
Generate and/or validate customer insights at the early stage of the Offer to Market (O2M) process
Ability to challenge and influence stakeholders with data-driven recommendations
Present insights to senior leadership and influence decision-making processes
Project Management
Oversee research projects, including timeline management, vendor selection, and budget control
Advocate for best practices in data collection and analysis to enhance the insight generation process
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Statistics, or a related field
~5-8 years of experience in a similar role with a strong emphasis on research methodologies and data analysis
~ Proven expertise in market research and insight management
~ Strong understanding of customer-centric approaches and digital analytics
~ Proficient in Excel, Power BI, and Tableau for data analysis and visualization
~ Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
~ Advanced proficiency in English is required
