CONTEXT

You will join the Group Design team, within the Core Products Department.

This team designs and sustains Edenred’s core platform capabilities, foundations that structure how products authenticate users, orchestrate payments and scale across markets.

These are not local features. They are strategic infrastructure products shaping the global ecosystem.

You will join as a Senior Product Designer, embedded in the Identity & Payment Orchestration squads.

This is a hands-on Individual Contributor role, staffed at Group level and operating on platform products with enterprise-wide impact.

YOUR IMPACT

You shape the interaction foundations of Edenred’s Identity and Payment platforms.

Operating at Group level, you transform strategic platform objectives into reusable standards, scalable interaction models and long-term experience principles.

Your impact is systemic:

• Designing patterns reused across products and geographies

• Strengthening platform coherence at enterprise scale

• Contributing to governance principles that structure long-term consistency

• Enabling convergence without compromising product velocity

This role is about platform architecture through design.

YOUR ROLE

Design platform capabilities

• Shape end-to-end Identity and Payment experiences used across Edenred products worldwide

• Translate regulatory, technical and ecosystem constraints into robust, trustworthy interaction models

• Define reusable flows and patterns designed for scale

Anchor platform decisions in research and data

• Lead discovery efforts, usability testing and validation at platform level

• Use qualitative and quantitative signals to drive durable design decisions

• Contribute to experimentation that strengthens system-level quality

Contribute to platform standards

• Apply and evolve the Foundation Design System in real platform contexts

• Transform recurring needs into reusable components and scalable patterns

• Identify structural fragmentation risks and propose systemic solutions

Design in an AI-evolving environment

• Leverage emerging AI-driven tools to accelerate prototyping, iteration and insight

• Contribute to a culture of experimentation around AI in design workflows

YOUR PROFILE

* 6+ years of experience as a Product Designer, with a strong IC (Individual Contributor) track record
* Proven experience designing complex products or platforms, with the ability to transform technical and regulatory complexity into clear, elegant interaction models. (payments, identity, B2C, APIs, regulated domains are a strong plus)
* Research literacy and comfort working with product data
* Experience working closely with engineers in iterative environments
* Hands-on experience with Design Systems in production contexts
* Excellent mastery of Figma (components, auto-layout, variables, tokens)
* Comfortable operating in ambiguity and influencing across teams
* Ability to think beyond local solutions and consider long-term scalability
* Curiosity and openness to leverage emerging AI tools in the design workflow, such as Figma Make or generative prototyping tools
* Fluent in English
