Descriptif de l'entité et de l'activité Les systèmes de soins de santé sont confrontés à de profondes transformations. Les attentes des payeurs, les comportements des patients et des professionnels de la santé évoluent rapidement, dans un paysage concurrentiel en pleine mutation. L'augmentation et la consolidation des fabricants de dispositifs médicaux, l'accélération de la transformation numérique - renforcée par la crise de la CoVid-19 - exigent un renforcement de l'alignement et de l'internationalisation de certaines de nos activités. En réponse à ces défis, l'activité Santé à Domicile a décidé : d'accélérer la transformation numérique et l'homogénéisation des systèmes d'information à travers le programme TechCARE, de massifier les activités d'approvisionnement et développer les synergies entre les différentes entités mondiales d'Air Liquide Healthcare (santé à domicile et gaz médicaux). Pour mettre en œuvre cette stratégie, l'entité Air Liquide Healthcare International Services & Technology (ALHIST) a été créée. Elle est dédiée à l'hébergement des services opérationnels mondiaux partagés, telles que les équipes Digital & IT et Procurement & MedTech. Quelle sera votre contribution et comment vous épanouir dans ce poste ? DDS HHC includes ≃200 employees in France and Spain and more than 200 subcontractors worldwide, with a total spend expected to reach 120 m€ in 2026. DDS HHC interfaces with more than 50 home healthcare affiliates worldwide as well as with other Air Liquide DDS. In this dynamic and technology-driven environment, ensuring precise financial control and insightful analysis of our global projects and services is critical to our success. We are looking for an experienced, confirmed controller to be a key financial partner in this mission. Reporting to ALHIST CFO and functionally to the TechCARE program Director, the Programs & Finance Controller handles : Investment Governance (RPR, RICs): Act as the key finance DDS & TechCARE partner for Central teams and Affiliates, guiding them through the preparation of Business Cases and validating their output. Major programs controlling: TechCARE and others, ensure proper control of Capex & Opex throughout the year. Chargeback Model and Program business case: Review and adjust, on a yearly basis, the TechCARE reinvoicing scheme to GBU affiliates ‘Chargeback Model’ for each one of the streams as well as monitoring the TechCARE’s overall business case. Target and Reforecast: Lead the full Target and Reforecast cycle, in close coordination with ALHIST Controllers, ensuring timely calendar definition, process execution, and delivery of management presentations to GBU, DDS, T&O and Procurement leadership. Long term performance: conduct the long term projections for ALHIST DDS and business costs (‘Advance’) including the TechCARE business plan and cost model, central and local. Process Improvement: Champion the continuous improvement and optimization of existing financial processes, methodologies, and tools. Internal Control oversight: Define, evaluate, and maintain the internal control system in alignment with Group and GBU guidelines, including setting priorities, monitoring KPIs, and supporting managerial self-assessments and action plans. Etes-vous LA personne faite pour ce poste ? Minimum 8 years of experience in project controlling/IT controlling Reliable, rigorous, autonomous, with strong analytical and organizational skills. Excellent team player with strong interpersonal abilities. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear and concise presentations (Flash, RF/Target, canonicals…). Proficiency with financial tools: Google Sheets, IRIS, Google Slides. Fluent in English & French.
