Notre site de Trévoux (300 personnes) est un centre mondial de recherche et de production dans le domaine du renforcement tissulaire implantable. Nous développons et produisons des renforts utilisés pour le traitement des hernies inguinales et ventrales. Ces produits de haute technologie favorisent l'implantation par des techniques chirurgicales mini-invasives et améliorent ainsi la prise en charge des patients en réduisant les complications post-opératoires. Depuis 1999, plus de 5 millions de patients ont été implantés. Environ 900 000 implants sont fabriqués chaque année, 90% d'entre eux sont exportés sur les cinq continents. En tant qu'Ingénieur Qualité Laboratoire d'analyses, vous aurez principalement la responsabilité, au sein de notre Laboratoire contrôle qualité sur le site de Trévoux dans l'Ain, de faire progresser les technologies existantes ou d'introduire de nouvelles technologies. Les responsabilités peuvent inclure les activités suivantes et d'autres activités peuvent être assignées Améliorer/Optimiser les méthodes d'analyses actuelles (automatisation, nouvelles technos, nouvelles méthodesetc) Contacter les fournisseurs, faire des essais de faisabilités et/ou en partenariat avec les techniciens du Laboratoire d'analyses Rédiger les cahiers des charges et documents nécessaires pour les nouveaux équipements (STA, Qualifications fournisseurs etc) Rédiger les protocoles et rapports de qualifications d'équipements de laboratoire, planifier les tests à dérouler avec le support des Team Leaders des pôles Biochimie et Textile du Laboratoire d'analyses Valider les méthodes d'analyses des produits matures : rédaction des protocoles et rapports en partenariat avec le service Quality Engineering pour la stratégie de validation et planification des tests avec les Team Leader des pôles Biochimie et Textile du Laboratoire d'analyses Gestion des Change Control (process CDP) : réunions, modification des documents, communication, gestion des livrables Valider les feuilles de calculs excel : rédaction des plans et rapports de validation en partenariat avec les technicien(ne)s pour le déroulement des tests sous accord des Team Leaders Biochimie et Textile pour la planification Proposer des pistes d'amélioration de votre activité (solutions techniques aux problématiques rencontrées ou tout autre optimisation, change control, optimisation des pratiques) Si nécessaire, modifier des documents qualité associés au service et/ou réaliser d'autres tâches en support de l'activité Participer et/ou gérer la résolution de problème : A3 Respecter les procédures EHS et participer à l'amélioration. Gestion / Coordination des projets Revoir les plans de contrôles Revue des Cartes de tendances - SPC Signer si besoin certains certificats d'analyses (Biochimie et Textile) Appliquer les spécifications, procédures, instructions/enregistrements qualité.
