Responsabilités Quelles expériences essentielles allez-vous acquérir? Vous travaillerez à partir d'une de nos installations de classe mondiale dans l'Ouest du Canada. Votre rôle consistera à diriger une équipe d'employés de première ligne travaillant sur la production, la qualité ou l'entretien. Vous devrez surmonter les défis que cela représente dans une organisation de chaîne d'approvisionnement, notamment en motivant l'équipe, en trouvant des solutions aux problèmes et en éliminant les obstacles pour aider l'équipe à accomplir « un quart de travail gagnant ». Vous serez aussi responsable du suivi des indicateurs de performance clé de l'entreprise pour reconnaître les tendances et mettre l'accent sur les projets significatifs qui feront progresser PepsiCo dans sa mission d'être une entreprise plus rapide, plus forte et meilleure. Qualification Qualifications/exigences : Être disponible pour travailler de à temps plein de janvier à avril 2026 Être aux études dans un programme universitaire en commerce, ingénierie, chaîne d'approvisionnement ou autre domaine semblable. Responsibilities Additional Skills & Experiences you will Gain: Building people capability through effective employee relations, training, and communication for front-line hourly personnel Applying theoretical understanding and practical knowledge of operations, repair procedures, trouble shooting and preventative maintenance to support facility equipment reliability Executing Annual Operating Plan for Production Achieving performance standards with regards to safety, line utilization and quality Tracking key performance indicators/costs, anticipating and correcting trends which would compromise achievement of financial targets Overseeing and assuring facility equipment reliability to minimize downtime Ensuring compliance with all Health & Safety regulations Ensuring compliance with all quality management programs and food safety systems, such as HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points), GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), and Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures (SSOPs).
