As part of the development of our activities in Sweden, we are recruiting an HSE Advisor M/F to strengthen our project management capabilities. YOUR FUTURE TEAM You will join the Finance Department of the Marine & Overseas Division and work closely with Project Managers to ensure proper monitoring and control of project costs. The STEGRA project, located in Boden, Sweden, involves the construction of a green steel mill and an electrolysis plant, powered by renewable electricity and water from the Lule River. The goal is to produce 5 million tonnes of high-quality green steel by 2030. The work includes: Water Treatment Plant (WT2) Hydrogen Manufacturing Plant (HMP) Your main responsibilities Implement HSE policy on site and ensure regulatory compliance Carry out HSE inspections and audits and follow up on corrective actions Train and raise awareness among staff on safety and environmental requirements Participate in risk assessment and the implementation of prevention plans Draft and update HSE documentation (procedures, plans, reports) Ensure HSE coordination with subcontractors and the client Help establish a proactive safety culture on site Required profile HSE experience in industrial or construction projects Knowledge of HSE regulations and international best practices Fluent English essential Rigorous, pedagogical and team-oriented Experience in an international environment appreciated What we offer Permanent contract, full-time position in Sweden.
