Job Responsibilities (French)

* Gérer activement les créances échues et les réclamations, y compris la communication écrite et orale avec les clients.
* Préparer les relances de paiement et la documentation nécessaire au processus de recouvrement.
* Collaborer avec le service comptabilité interne pour rapprocher les trop-perçus, préparer la documentation précontentieuse, transmettre les créances non résolues aux procédures judiciaires et émettre des notes correctives.
* Soutenir les activités de Contrôle de Gestion, notamment l’amélioration des indicateurs DSO, la préparation des données pour les réunions de direction et la participation à ces réunions.
* Rapporter les activités de recouvrement et le statut par client, ainsi que générer des rapports sur les créances échues et les principaux débiteurs.


Required Qualifications (French)

* Expérience avérée en comptabilité clients, contrôle du crédit ou dans des fonctions financières similaires.
* Excellentes compétences en communication et en négociation.
* Maîtrise de MS Office (en particulier Excel) ; une expérience avec les systèmes ERP, les plateformes de facturation électronique et Trust ID est un atout.
* Esprit analytique avec une grande attention aux détails.
* Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et en équipe.
* La maîtrise de l'anglais est un atout.


Job Responsibilities (English)

* Actively manage overdue receivables and claims, including written and verbal communication with customers.
* Prepare payment reminders and the documentation required for the debt collection process.
* Collaborate with the internal accounting department to reconcile overpayments, prepare pre-litigation documentation, escalate unresolved receivables to legal proceedings, and issue corrective notes.
* Support Controlling activities, including improving DSO metrics, preparing data for management meetings, and participating in such meetings.
* Report collection activities and status for individual customers and generate reports on overdue receivables and top debtors.


Required Qualifications (English)

* Proven experience in accounts receivable, credit control, or similar finance roles.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel); experience with ERP systems, e-invoicing platforms and Trust ID is a plus.
* Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* English is a plus.
