We are looking for a "PCM - LEAD PLANNING & REPORTING (M/F)" for one of our clients, to be based in Île-de-France, France for a 12-month contract (potentially renewable).
"PCM - LEAD PLANNING & REPORTING (M/F)". What will your responsibilities and missions be?
Missions
* Develop and maintain processes, procedures, and tools for the management of the planning & reporting activities
* Ensure coordination and information sharing with other Project Control disciplines
* Lead Planning discipline and manage coordination of the Packages planning engineer to ensure methods and practices are harmonized and deployed into Packages
* Set-up, manage and coordinate the Overall integrated detailed Project schedule (deterministic and risked) and progress control activities
* Analyse critical (and sub-critical) paths and propose optimizations, mitigations and/or recovery plans
* Work closely with Risk leader to exchange about Project risk identification process
* Provide analyses and simulations as required
* Organize and facilitate Quantitative (Cost & Schedule) Risk Analysis for the Project in coordination with Package Managers, Delivery Manager & lead Cost Controller, in order to calculate and provision the required Contingencies
* Responsible to deliver internal and external reporting of the Project to ensure appropriate content, timing, and quality of information, highlighting achieved progress and areas of concern
* Prepare, implement, and report Key Performance Indicators to help successfully driving the project
Deliverables
The "PCM - Lead Planning & Reporting" is responsible for the execution, under the supervision of the cost control lead, of all activities related to Budget and Cost Management for the FPSO during the Engineering, Procurement, Supply, Construction, Commissioning and Installation phases, i.e.:
* Prepare the cost forecast activities following the different payment terms and associated risk of volatility.
* Prepare and issuance of the Cost Control reports highlighting the FPSO costs trends and drifts, after package management validation.
* The job holder reports to the FPSO cost control lead and if needed functionally to the Project Cost Control Company representative
* The job holder shall gather ‘lessons learnt’ with regards to Cost Control matters and to provide feedback to the company as required.
* The job holder is also accountable for demonstrating individually an exemplary behavior with regard to HSSE rules & requirements, and with regard to the Company Ethics and “Code of Conduct” policy.

Qualifications & Experience Required:
* Confirmed expertise in Planning and Scheduling activities in Oil & Gas FPSO projects
* SAP (UNISUP) and Excel proficiency
* Similar position on other projects
* Intercultural / interpersonal skills / Listening / Boldness
* English fluent
* Rigorous and solution-oriented expertise to task completion
* Autonomous, pro-active, listener, solution provider
* Organization, communication, leadership, and transverse coordination expertise for task completion
