They are looking for a Business Developer / Account Executive DACH to spearhead their expansion in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. The objective is to replicate their French success by targeting local subsidiaries of major construction groups and regional players.

Your mission, should you choose to accept it:

- Develop sales through targeted prospecting of major construction players (subsidiaries of groups like Vinci, Bouygues, Strabag, Hochtief, etc.).
- Manage the full sales cycle: from initial outreach and discovery to product demos and closing.
- Map complex organizations to identify key decision-makers (Branch Managers, Operations Directors, Site Managers).
- Collaborate closely with the Sales Director and the French Key Account team to adapt the sales playbook to the DACH market.
- Act as a market pioneer by feeding local product requirements back to the Product team.
- Represent the company at trade fairs and industry events across the DACH region.
- Ensure accurate reporting in the CRM and contribute to the global commercial strategy.
