Your Missions

1. Study the characteristics of real estate assets (type, occupancy status, location, etc.);
2. Conduct internal property valuations, incorporating all available data (tenant status, works, vacancy rates, marketing costs, etc.);
3. Analyze the consistency of these valuations with market trends and historical values;
4. Participate in meetings with external experts and handle administrative tasks within the Expertise department (control, reporting, budgeting).

What We Will Appreciate in You

* Higher education level Bac +4/5 in law, finance, or mathematics;
* Specialization or first experience in real estate;
* Proficiency with valuation tools like Finexpert, Finasset, Argus, etc., and strong skills in MS Office;
* Dynamic, team-oriented, autonomous, with analytical, synthetic, curious, rigorous, and pragmatic skills;
* Knowledge of financial markets, asset management, and real estate is highly valued.
