Senior user experience designer

Our client is a renowned European Agency, located in the heart of Strasbourg. The agency is dedicated to continuously supporting the technological efforts for a safer Europe.

They support national authorities in the constant exchange of information across Europe whilst applying the latest principles of data protection and information security.


This role involves collaborating closely with Business Analysts for the gathering and analysis of information from various member states about their systems. The successful candidate will define business cases and create skeletons for business and intra­ application flows, ensuring they accurately reflect the application's APIs. While the primary focus will not be on the frontend, it is important to note that the frontend will likely be based on JavaScript (TypeScript, React, Vue).

Location requirement:

* Strasbourg, working from the Agency’s comfortable offices.


Key Responsibilities:

* Discuss and create the skeleton of application flows.
* Collaborate with BAs to gather and analyse information from various member states about their systems.
* Define business cases and create skeletons for business and intra-application flows.
* Ensure the flows accurately reflect the application's APls.

* Attend meetings with member states to discuss and refine application flows.


Key Requirements:

* Senior profile with 10+ years of experience.
* Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with member states.
* Strong command of flow creation tools such as Figma or MIRO.
* Excellent teamwork skills to work effectively with BAs and other team members.


Preferred Clarifications:

* Strong technical knowledge, particularly in application APls.
* Familiarity with frontend technologies such as JavaScript (Typescript, React, Vue).
