About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and strategic leader to join Galderma as Global Head of ESO Operational Excellence. In this global role, you will embed a culture of continuous improvement across our External Supply Operations (ESO), lead complex transformation projects, and drive operational performance through Lean Six Sigma and other methodologies.
You will be responsible for building capability, driving value creation, and establishing a strong performance management framework across the end-to-end ESO network and external partners.
Key Responsibilities
1. Embed a continuous improvement and problem-solving culture across ESO operations
2. Lead global transformation initiatives using Lean Six Sigma, Hoshin Kanri, and other strategic methodologies
3. Deliver Lean Six Sigma belt training and build operational excellence capability across teams
4. Define and implement global performance management KPIs for ESO
5. Drive value creation projects and process optimization across the ESO network
6. Promote knowledge sharing and best practices across global teams
7. Support stakeholders in identifying and implementing targeted improvement opportunities
8. Lead workshops, training sessions, and coaching programs to build internal capabilities
9. Promote data-driven decision-making and track benefits through KPI movement and financial impact
10. Foster an active learning environment and continuous development culture
What We’re Looking For
11. University degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Engineering, or related field
12. Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt preferred
13. 10+ years of experience applying improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, Shingo, etc.)
14. Hands-on production experience in a leadership role
15. Experience in pharmaceutical or external supply environments is a strong advantage
16. Proven track record of leading complex global projects
17. Strong facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills
18. Proficient in statistical software (e.g., Minitab, JMP) and digital productivity tools (e.g., Power BI, Mural)
19. Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
20. Willingness to travel (approx. 20–30%)
