Responsable Médical Mixte - Inflammation (50% MSL IDF / 50% Siège)


Opportunité dans le département des Affaires Médicales : Celltrion Healthcare France, laboratoire biopharmaceutique spécialisé dans la commercialisation et la distribution de biothérapies (dont des biosimilaires), recherche un(e) Responsable Médical Mixte Inflammation pour rejoindre son équipe Affaires Médicales.

Dans un environnement international et en pleine croissance, ce poste vous permettra de combiner stratégie médicale et interaction scientifique terrain.


Missions

En lien avec la Direction Médicale et les équipes internes, vous serez en charge de :

* Développer la stratégie médicale nationale du domaine thérapeutique en alignement avec la stratégie globale.
* Développer l’image scientifique de Celltrion auprès des acteurs de santé.
* Participer aux activités médico-marketing en apportant une expertise médicale.
* Développer le plan de publications en collaboration avec la Direction Médicale France.
* Contribuer à la préparation des dossiers réglementaires et à la validation des supports promotionnels et non promotionnels.
* Assurer la gestion des projets scientifiques et médicaux (congrès, advisory boards, événements scientifiques).
* Contribuer à la coordination des opérations cliniques.
* Assurer un rôle d’information et de conseil en interne sur les aspects scientifiques.
* Garantir une veille scientifique et concurrentielle dans les aires thérapeutiques concernées.
* Proposer, développer et mettre en œuvre la stratégie médicale régionale en cohérence avec la stratégie nationale.
* Déployer la stratégie médicale nationale au niveau régional.
* Développer des partenariats scientifiques contribuant à l’optimisation de la prise en charge des patients.
* Recueillir et analyser les insights terrain afin d’alimenter la stratégie médicale.
* Fournir des informations scientifiques et médicales aux professionnels de santé dans le respect des exigences de compliance.
* Rédiger et assurer la validation des documents scientifiques et réaliser des présentations scientifiques.
* Préparer et organiser des réunions scientifiques locales en fonction des besoins exprimés par les professionnels de santé.
* Veiller au respect de l’éthique professionnelle.


Profil

* Expérience confirmée de 3 à 5 ans minimum en affaires médicales, idéalement sur un poste mixte.
* Connaissance de l’aire thérapeutique inflammation (rhumatologie, gastro-entérologie…) souhaitée.
* Capacité à développer en continu ses connaissances scientifiques et ses compétences en communication.
* Sens de l’écoute et compréhension des besoins des professionnels de santé.
* Capacité à mener des échanges scientifiques et à animer des réunions scientifiques.
* Fiabilité dans le traitement et la diffusion des informations.
* Capacité à planifier et mettre en œuvre des stratégies médicales.
* Maîtrise de la méthodologie des essais cliniques et lecture critique d’articles scientifiques.
* Maîtrise des outils informatiques (Pack Office, notamment PowerPoint).
* Excellentes compétences de communication orale et écrite en français et en anglais.


Formation

Doctorat en médecine, pharmacie ou sciences (PhD).

Medical Manager – Inflammation (Hybrid Role: 50% MSL IDF / 50% Office-Based)

Opportunity within the Medical Affairs department: Celltrion Healthcare France, a biopharmaceutical company specialized in the commercialization and distribution of biotherapies, including biosimilars, is seeking a Hybrid Medical Manager in Inflammation to join its Medical Affairs team.

In an international and fast-growing environment, this role will allow you to combine medical strategy and scientific engagement in the field.

Responsibilities

In close collaboration with the Medical Director and internal teams, you will be responsible for:

* Developing the national medical strategy in the therapeutic area in alignment with the global strategy.
* Strengthening Celltrion’s scientific reputation among healthcare stakeholders.
* Participating in medical-marketing activities by providing medical expertise.
* Developing the publication plan in collaboration with the Medical Affairs France team.
* Contributing to the preparation of regulatory dossiers and to the review and approval of promotional and non-promotional materials.
* Managing scientific and medical projects (congresses, advisory boards, scientific events).
* Supporting the coordination of clinical operations.
* Providing internal scientific information and medical guidance.
* Ensuring scientific and competitive intelligence within the relevant therapeutic areas.
* Proposing, developing and implementing the regional medical strategy in alignment with the national medical strategy.
* Deploying the national medical strategy at the regional level.
* Developing scientific partnerships contributing to the optimization of patient management.
* Collecting and analyzing field insights to support medical strategy.
* Providing scientific and medical information to healthcare professionals in compliance with applicable regulations.
* Preparing and reviewing scientific documents and delivering scientific presentations.
* Organizing local scientific meetings based on healthcare professionals’ needs.
* Ensuring compliance with ethical and professional standards.

Profile

* Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in Medical Affairs, ideally in a hybrid role.
* Knowledge of the inflammation therapeutic area (rheumatology, gastroenterology, etc.) is preferred.
* Ability to continuously develop scientific knowledge and communication skills.
* Strong listening skills and understanding of healthcare professionals’ needs.
* Ability to conduct scientific discussions and lead scientific meetings.
* Reliability in handling and disseminating scientific information.
* Ability to plan and implement medical strategies.
* Solid understanding of clinical trial methodology and critical appraisal of scientific literature.
* Proficiency in IT tools (Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint).
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English.

Education

MD, PharmD or PhD.
