KEY RESULTS/ACCOUNTABILITIES EXPECTED FROM THE ROLE
As part of the B2B team & Remarketing service, you will be supporting the development and operational implementation of initiatives aimed at optimising used car performance, in close collaboration with management and cross-functional teams.
Your main responsibility will be on the following missions:
* Assist in the development and execution of used car strategies and operational processes to support revenue growth.
* Ensure the proper launch and execution of remarketing operations by coordinating with relevant stakeholders and preparing necessary materials and actions.
* Coordinate with the Sales Area Managers to support used car sales performance across the network.
* Participate in the creation of a “Used Cars” label and assist in implementing local marketing actions to drive customer interest and engagement.
* Support stock level monitoring and help optimise inventory turnover and profitability through regular analysis.
* Contribute to the management of company cars by monitoring availability, usage, and resale planning.
* Work closely with the Finance team to align pricing strategies and buy-back values with market conditions and financial objectives.
* Monitor and adjust pricing by tracking market trends to maximise vehicle residual values.
* Ensure administrative coordination and follow-up of used car operations and sales initiatives, including documentation, reporting, and internal alignment.
* Conduct ongoing market watch on the used car sector to identify trends, key players, and digital platforms that can expand sales channels.
* Propose and contribute to the implementation of action plans aimed at improving remarketing performance and channel diversification.
* Provide remarketing activity analysis and reporting to support the continuous improvement of processes and the effectiveness of future operations.
EXPERIENCE & EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND & EXPERTISE
* Degree from a Business School or equivalent.
* In-depth knowledge of the used car market and its dynamics with a minimum of 2 years of experience in similar roles.
* Strong sales skills with an ability to understand diverse customer perspectives.
* Ability to interpret sales data, pricing trends, and stock turnover KPIs.
* Clear and professional communication skills, proficient in negotiation techniques.
* Highly organized and strong coordination ability to manage multiple ongoing.
* Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel/BI tools.
* Excellent administrative follow-up capabilities.
* Native French and fluent in English.
