Main Purpose: E2E management of process around packaging adaptations - Responsible for managing the adaption, rollout, final print preparation, colour management of brand packaging designs from master files received from Europe and Poland as Anchor market. Monitoring and updating the "Artwork Bible" Traffic management of the flow of artwork through internal processes for approval - Submits assets / creatives for required approvals and ensure timely approval from other functions (e.g. legal, regulatory, production) Responsibilities Communicate requirements for packaging adjustments to design team (internal or external) Develop first concept based on requirements for packaging adjustments Prepare and conduct agency / design team briefing for new package design Perform iterations with agency / design team on briefing Revise briefing following discussions with agency / design team (if required) Align on packaging adjustments with relevant teams (e.g. Regulatory, Legal) and incorporate feedback Align on execution and production planning for adjusted packaging with relevant stakeholders (e.g. agencies, supply chain team) Provide feedback on adjusted packaging Detail and review changes in updated packaging (in cooperation with agencies / design team) Implement adjustments on packaging Facilitate the artwork production process and coordinate to ensure the product(s) are on time in market; Ensure local and global brand guidelines for primary and secondary packaging are being respected; Support the Sr Brand Managers and Brand managers in the artwork development of NPD’s, Redesigns, promotional packagings to achieve brand objectives: help them with the briefings, follow-up timings and approval loops, manage deadlines; Continuous improvement of current artwork process; SPOC for all packaging projects in SEEB SNACKS, both internally as towards external agencies; Stakeholder management: you ensure cross-functional stakeholders are informed / aligned and key information is shared with management to support effective decision making;) Qualifications Functional capabilities: Ideally he/she has a background in packaging design and brand design. Will have a strong understanding of graphic design, packaging design, portfolio navigation and print industry specifics Great understanding of print process and technologies Work cross-functionally throughout the BU to drive the artwork process to on shelf. Collaborative, able to Ideate and construct solutions within a team Technically solid and curious to come up with cutting edge solutions Proven high project management skills Executional excellence and love for details, accuracy and punctuality Ability to work in ambiguous and dynamic work environment; is comfortable with risk and uncertainty Works well with others to deliver results; keeps his/her managers informed all the time Responsible and proactive Communicative, establishing and nourishing relationships with teams Self-organised with strong prioritisation skill and ability to run 2-6 parallel projects Strong communication skills and proficiency in English and apart from English Serbian or Greek.
