Job Description
As part of the Security & Compliance team, you will be responsible for providing technical support to employees of Tinexta France, Certeurope, Euroquality, and ABF—all part of the Tinexta Group and located in the same offices in Paris.
Main Responsibilities:
The Helpdesk Technician provides technical support to users by responding to their requests and resolving IT issues.
Key responsibilities include:
* Receiving and handling user support requests (via phone, email, ticketing system)
* Diagnosing and resolving technical issues (hardware, software, network, office tools)
* Escalating complex problems to higher-level technical teams if necessary
* Installing, configuring, and updating IT equipment (workstations, printers, peripherals)
* Managing and tracking incidents using a ticketing tool
* Writing procedures and technical documentation for users
* Training and assisting users on company tools and software
* Ensuring compliance with IT security best practices
Required Skills:
Technical Skills:
* Proficiency in Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems
* Knowledge of computer networks (TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, VPN)
* Experience with remote support tools and ticket management systems
* Solid understanding of office software (Microsoft Office 365, etc.)
* Basic knowledge of cybersecurity and data protection
* Familiarity with hardware troubleshooting (PCs, printers, peripherals)

Candidate Profile:
* Degree in IT (at least a two-year degree such as BTS SIO, DUT Informatique, or equivalent)
