The Opportunity: Avantor recherche un(e) Responsable Hygiène, Sécurité et Environnement (HSE) – Production (f/h/d) pour rejoindre son site de Briare. Ce poste stratégique porte sur la gestion technique des sujets HSE dans un environnement industriel classé SEVESO seuil haut. Vous serez un lien essentiel entre les équipes opérationnelles et le management. Une forte expertise technique et une approche orientée terrain sont indispensables pour accompagner la production dans le secteur de la chimie. Vous reporterez directement au Manager HSE France et aurez un collaborateur en direct, avec la possibilité d'élargir l'équipe à l’avenir. Ce poste est en CDI, à temps plein et basé sur site. Responsabilités principales: Piloter les sujets HSE pour le périmètre Manufacturing et remplacer le Manager HSE France en cas d’absence Déployer les politiques HSE locales et groupe, et développer une culture proactive de la sécurité Être référent HSE pour les changements (MoC) et les événements : analyse, plans d’action Animer les évaluations de risques procédés (HAZOP, LOPA, ATEX, 61511/08) Déployer l’analyse des facteurs humains et préparer le PAPRIPACT Gérer les dossiers d’autorisation d’exploiter (DAE) et suivre les inspections associées Coordonner les audits internes (ISO 45001 / 14001) et assurer le reporting réglementaire (GIDAF, PGS, Agence de l’eau, exigences internes) Participer à la stratégie POI et superviser l’hygiène industrielle Piloter le Document Unique et les analyses de risques Manufacturing Gérer les projets HSE, les contrats de prestations et la veille réglementaire Encadrer et développer l’équipe HSE Mener les enquêtes d’incidents et piloter les formations internes HSE Profil recherché: Formation: Bac5 idéalement en HSE ou ingénierie technique avec spécialisation HSE Expérience: Expérience confirmée en environnement industriel, idéalement chimique / SEVESO Expérience souhaitée en audit interne (ISO 45001 / ISO 14001) Bonne connaissance de la réglementation française Formation en sécurité procédés et facteurs humains appréciée Langues: Français courant, anglais professionnel (CV requis en anglais) Prêt(e) à faire la différence?
