À propos du poste En tant que stagiaire Marketing & Communication au sein de l'équipe Clinical Solutions, vous contribuerez à la promotion des solutions cliniques d'Elsevier pour les professionnels de santé sur les marchés européens. Vous participerez à la mise en œuvre et au suivi opérationnel de diverses initiatives marketing et communication. Stage de 6 mois à partir de janvier. Missions Participer à la création et à la mise en œuvre d'initiatives de communication en collaboration avec les parties prenantes internes, conformément au plan marketing global. Soutenir les activités de marketing terrain en Europe en coordination avec les responsables marketing locaux. Développer des supports promotionnels pour les événements et les campagnes de communication. Créer du contenu pour le calendrier éditorial et les réseaux sociaux (bannières, animations, visuels pour les campagnes sur les réseaux sociaux, supports web). Produire des supports imprimés tels que posters, flyers, catalogues, modèles d'e-mails, lettres et autres documents marketing. Assister dans la gestion administrative et le suivi des activités marketing via les outils internes. Contribuer aux tâches de reporting et réaliser des analyses de marché de base. Profil recherché Étudiant(e) en Master Marketing, Communication, Commerce ou Gestion. Autonome, organisé(e), rigoureux(se) et proactif(ve). Bonnes capacités rédactionnelles et créativité. Excellentes compétences interpersonnelles et communicationnelles. Maîtrise de l'anglais requise. La connaissance d'une autre langue européenne (allemand et/ou espagnol) est un plus. Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word). La connaissance de logiciels créatifs (Adobe Suite, Canva) est un atout. About the role As a Marketing & Communication Intern within the Clinical Solutions team, you will contribute to the promotion of Elsevier clinical solutions for healthcare professionals across European markets. You will support the implementation and operational follow-up of various marketing and communication initiatives. This is a 6-month internship starting in January Responsibilities Contribute to the creation and implementation of communication initiatives in collaboration with internal stakeholders, following the overall marketing plan. Support European field marketing activities in coordination with local Marketing Managers. Develop promotional materials for events and communication campaigns. Create content for the editorial and social media calendar (banners, animations, visuals for social media campaigns, website support). Produce printed assets such as posters, flyers, catalogs, email templates, letters, and other marketing collateral. Assist with the administrative management and monitoring of marketing activities using internal tools. Contribute to reporting tasks and perform basic market analyses. Requirements Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Sales, or Business Management. Autonomous, organized, rigorous, and proactive. Strong writing abilities and creativity. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Fluency in English required. Knowledge of another European language (German and/or Spanish appreciated). Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word). Knowledge of creative software (e.g., Adobe Suite, Canva) is a plus.
