Tasks
* Actively expand our partner base by onboarding more companies in the French market
* Responsible for converting trial partners to paying partners
* Onboard new businesses to Barter through online demos and lead follow up
* Make sure Partner accounts are set up correctly to make the most out of the trial
* Work closely together with other local French agents to ensure overall market performance and act as the first point of contact for training, questions, and support
Requirements
* 2 - 5 years of sales experience or similar field.
* Fluency in French (native level) and confident communication skills in English, both written and spoken
* Experience in managing a team
* Solid experience working with CRM tools and sales pipelines
* Strong communication
* Pro-active work attitude
* Enthusiastic and capable of transferring that enthusiasm to others
