About the role

As a strategic leader, you\'ll spearhead the transformation of our payroll operations, managing a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) model with the ADP system for over 20,000 annual payslips. Your role is pivotal in guiding our teams through the transition from in-house payroll to a BPO model by January 2026.

Reporting directly to the Head of People Services France, you\'ll drive innovation, ensure compliance, and optimize our payroll processes to support Sanofi's mission of improving lives worldwide.


Key Responsibilities

* Strategic Leadership: Guide the management team and T2P team through the BPO transition, fostering a culture of performance and change in their ways of working.
* Payroll Representation: Be the voice of Sanofi Payroll in France, collaborating on key transformation projects and ensuring compliance with local regulations and Sanofi's Core Model Time to Pay.
* Performance Optimization: Forge a strong partnership with ADP, implementing continuous improvements to streamline payroll and time management processes.
* End-to-End Payroll Management: Oversee pre-payroll and post-payroll activities, ensuring accurate and timely payroll cycles, from variable element transmission to contribution payments.


About you


Technical Expertise

* 10+ years of experience in payroll and time management systems, with 5+ years in leadership roles
* Proficiency in BPO payroll processes (ADP system knowledge is a plus)
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Comprehensive understanding of end-to-end HR processes
* Knowledge of data privacy regulations (GDPR, etc.)


Leadership Qualities

* Strategic visionary with the ability to anticipate business needs and manage technical challenges
* Excellent communicator, adept at translating complex concepts for diverse audiences
* Collaborative team player with an end-to-end mindset
* Change agent focused on high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction


Education and Language Skills

* Degree or Master\'s in HR, IT, or relevant field
* Certifications in HRIS, ADP, or payroll management are advantageous
* Fluency in French and English
