🔥 For this Job you Must:

* Have hands-on experience with cloud platforms, particularly AWS
* Be proficient in scripting with modern programming languages, especially Python
* Have practical experience in live production environments with exposure to video encoding and streaming protocols

🤝 Your Responsibilities

Orchestrating Digital Excellence

* Lead end-to-end project management for small projects while supporting larger productions
* Collaborate with stakeholders to identify requirements and continuously improve implementation
* Manage budgets, resource allocation, and supplier relationships including RFP/RFI processes

Delivering Live Magic, Every Time

* Ensure high-quality delivery of live sports events that meet our exceptional standards
* Respond swiftly to technical challenges during live broadcasts
* Maintain clear communication with operations teams, clients, and match operators
* Create comprehensive post-event reports for clients and leadership

Innovating for the Future

* Contribute to developing and testing operational tools that boost efficiency through automation
* Take ownership of operational systems, tools, and technical processes
* Create and maintain knowledge base articles and training materials for the team

Building Team Success

* Help onboard and train new team members
* Share expertise and support colleagues during high-pressure live events
* Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless production workflows


Is it really for me?

Technical Expertise

* You have hands-on experience with AWS or similar cloud platforms
* You're skilled at troubleshooting complex technical systems under pressure
* You have a background in development or technical support
* You're comfortable scripting with Python or similar languages

Video Production Knowledge

* You understand video encoding processes and formats
* You have experience with contribution streaming protocols (e.g., SRT)
* You've worked in live production environments before
