Missions principales Participer à la conception technique des solutions ServiceNow (ITSM / CSM) Développer et configurer les modules ServiceNow Implémenter les workflows et automatisations Développer des scripts JavaScript et personnalisations Réaliser les intégrations (API, Import Sets, Integration Hub) Configurer les portails ServiceNow (Service Portal / Employee Center) Assurer la qualité des développements Participer aux tests et mises en production Compétences requises Expertise ServiceNow ITSM et CSM Maîtrise JavaScript, Business Rules, Script Includes Expérience Flow Designer, Service Catalog, Portals Expérience en intégrations (REST/SOAP, APIs) Bonne connaissance ITIL Capacité à travailler en transverse Profil Minimum 5 ans d’expérience sur ServiceNow avec une expérience ITSM / CSM.
