Vos missions :

Implémenter la digitalisation du site :
Mettre en place de nouveaux outils digitaux sur le site : Tableau de bord dynamique, planning
Définir, avec les équipes, des indicateurs de performance et les moyens digitaux pour permettre aux équipes d'animer de façon agile
Améliorer les outils existants déjà mis en place
Accompagner les équipes pour la bonne utilisation, l'appropriation et l'animation

Contribuer au déploiement du processus de Résolution de problème :
Accompagner les équipes à faire des résolutions de problème.
Assurer le pilotage et l'avancement des résolutions de problème.
Faire de la formation, sensibilisation.

Contribuer au développement de la culture AC :
Participer aux initiatives d'excellence opérationnelles
Piloter un plan de suivi de ces initiatives
Aider les managers à poursuivre les démarches 5S et améliorer l'existant
Traiter certains « Irritants »

Faire du benchmark au sein du réseau TEREOS :
Identifier les bonnes idées mises en oeuvre dans le réseau
Mettre en oeuvre, sur le site d'ARTENAY, ces idées répondant à nos problématiques Who are we?
