As Launch Engine Program Manager within our Digital Manufacturing & Supply organization, you'll lead our strategic Launch Engine Program to enable 3-5 new product launches annually across various modalities. Ready to get started?

Main responsibilities:

* Lead the Launch Engine Program execution, including LEDP (3DX Dassault Platform) foundations and associated Digital Products

* Manage program planning, budget, staffing, and risk mitigation strategies

* Define and maintain roadmap of connected projects to achieve strategic objectives

* Drive stakeholder alignment and manage relationships with program teams and vendors

* Ensure business value delivery from design to implementation

* Oversee program performance, resource optimization, and crisis management

* Lead the Launch Engine catalogue management and continuous improvement


About you

Experience:

* 10+ years experience, including 5+ years managing people

* Proven program management experience in global, matrix environments

* Experience in biopharma/biotech industry preferred

Soft and technical skills:

* Strong knowledge of Industry 4.0 concepts and agile methodologies

* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

* Solid understanding of GxP regulations and compliance requirements

Education:

* Master's degree in computer science or equivalent scientific field

Languages:

* Fluent in English with strong cross-cultural communication abilities
