Participate in people analytics by preparing HR dashboards, analyzing workforce data, and creating reports to support leadership decisions and talent planning
Collaborate on talent management processes by coordinating reviews, maintaining talent pools, and supporting development plans and learning initiatives
Assist in enhancing employee experience by analyzing engagement survey results, preparing updates, and supporting internal communications and events
Take part in project and change management efforts by preparing communication materials, tracking milestones, and supporting cross-functional initiatives
Contribute to recruitment efforts by monitoring KPIs, preparing status updates, and coordinating with the Talent Acquisition team
Support data quality and system integrity by reviewing P&C data in Workday and maintaining up-to-date information across platforms
Help with administrative and team coordination tasks such as organizing meetings, preparing agendas and communications, and managing action logs
