Job Description:
Join the dynamic team at the City of Plaisir, located 30 km from Paris in the Yvelines, offering excellent infrastructure and a high-quality environment. We are seeking a Conseiller(e) formation/recrutement within the Human Resources Department to manage training and recruitment activities.
Responsibilities include:
1. Training:
o Define procedures and identify training needs
o Develop and implement training plans
o Coordinate with CNFPT and training providers
o Organize training sessions, manage logistics, and evaluate outcomes
o Advise staff on exams and professional development
o Manage training budgets and reports
2. Recruitment:
o Analyze workforce and skills
o Manage recruitment processes and postings
o Conduct interviews and ensure compliance
o Handle administrative recruitment tasks
3. Secondary missions: Participate in projects, forums, and job fairs.
