Job Purpose
Within the framework of the Engineering & Construction's Procurement & Supply Chain (PSC)
guidelines & in accordance with the métier objectives, defines and implements category
strategies, performs the purchasing activities inline with the quality, cost and lead-time to meet
our clients' needs.
Main Accountabilities
- Identifies and understands both the needs of the stakeholders (engineering, technical, clients
) and the supplier market (competitive intelligence, innovation).
- SPOC towards Engineering & Construction proposal and execution teams for the key
categories that he/she is responsible within E&C.
- Coordinate with the group category management, share project visibility, suppliers'
evaluations, REX to feed key and strategic suppliers business reviews, contribute to market
assessment and push specific needs of E&C to BE part of SUEZ strategy.
- Consolidate market information on few categories not managed at the group level and update
regularly the supplier panel worldwide to feed proposal and execution strategies.
- SPOC for Competitiveness, Innovations and Pilot Projects activity
- Performs activities of purchasing goods & services based on defined constraints as cost,
quality and deadlines.
- Negotiates and commits to purchases of goods and services, in accordance with the set
objectives. Implements the purchasing strategy and manages his/her procurement packages
in compliance with Project constraints.
- Identifies new vendors, qualify them, assesses them and takes corrective actions when
necessary.
- Identifies and assesses procurement risks and opportunities related to his/her category.
Mitigates the identified risks, alerts the Management on potential risks and their impact.
- Continuously performs spend review/analysis and identify, develop, promote improvement
plans.
- Deals exclusively with the supplier relationship (sourcing, assessment, evaluation, claims)
and ensures interface with both internal (engineering, proposal) and external
stakeholders.
- Contributes to the steering of the processes, to its evolution (REX) and guarantees its
implementation on his / her scope.
- Is responsible for enforcing the law, behaving with moral and ethics before the society and
all the stakeholders. Respects all Group standard policies (H&S, Environment, Ethics) and
compliance with internal reporting rules.

VOTRE PROFIL

Master's degree in economics or engineering

At least 5 years experience in purchasing activities within industry, environment, o&g sector
