Missions

o Lead, inspire and drive performance within a diverse team.

o Develop and strengthen performance management through clear processes, routines, KPIs and reporting systems ensuring reliable and sustainable results.
o Propose et prioriser les projets clés d’amélioration avec un impact clair sur l’efficacité et la compétitivité.
o Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
* Strategic Vision – Mid & Long-Term Goals
o Define and deliver PLV manufacturing goals in line with the company strategy.
o Build and implement action plans that drive efficiency, cost optimization, productivity, and sustainable growth.
