Position Summary

At Onepoint, contribute to the major transformations of companies and public actors by combining technological innovation and business expertise, serving our society and customers to help them move forward sustainably.

Your challenges for this function:

• Join a team of highly talented and motivated analysts in the domain of Operational Planning & Competencies

• You will be the key player in a three steps process, from translations of business demand over functional analyses into clear and specific technical deliverables

• You will work in the context of a new software for qualification and certification management of internal personnel

• As functional analyst you will ensure full coverage of the business demand

• You aim for short delivery times, deliver as planned and you are able to adapt to approved changes

• You divide your work in small packages while estimating the remaining work at every level and for the entire project at all time

Your skills:

• You are familiar with the stages of software development and methodologies like Agile and Scrum

• You have a strong ability to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical solutions

• You have the ability to analyze complex data and systems to identify issues and opportunities

• You have understanding of IT and computer science principles, including cloud technology, architectural designs, data warehousing, SQL…

• You have skills in planning, organizing, and managing activities and resources to bring about the successful completion of specific project goals and objectives
