About the Role
We’re excited to offer this exciting Marketing Manager role to support our significant growth plans in 2026.
This is a pivotal role that combines both strategic thinking and tactical execution.
This position is perfect for a true generalist who understands all the components of the B2B marketing mix, can work both collaboratively and at pace and is looking for a role where they will never be bored! You should enjoy, and have proven success in management as this role has two direct reports.
Strategic goals and deliverables
* Work with VP Marketing to create an annual strategy and marketing budget aligned with growth plans across France, Switzerland, Belgium and Luxembourg.
* Work with your team to turn the strategy into tangible plans across multiple channels with a clear focus on lead forecasting.
* Support your team by leading and helping to execute those plans in a structured, measurable and collaborative way.
* Report on the successes and opportunities for improvement, calculating ROI and comparing results against previous quarters and against your forecast.
Who are you?
* I am business fluent in both French and English.
* I'm a true marketing generalist. Events, digital, copywriting, design - I can do it all!
* I keep a close eye on ROI, lead quality and can analyse, diagnose and optimise the marketing funnel with precision.
* I enjoy working with other teams, building strong relationships and contributing to the success of the business as a whole.
* I have experience as a manager and enjoy helping my team members to grow and develop.
* I’m not fazed that my line manager is based in our London office.
* I live in or near Paris and am happy to spend some of the week at the Cachan office with my colleagues.
Requirements
* 5+ years in a marketing manager level role
* Previous experience working in B2B / technology / SaaS / MarTech
* Superb organisational and prioritisation skills
* Comfortable speaking in front of teams, and happy to present to the wider company
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to interact with suppliers, clients and partners and the wider company
* Proven verbal and written communication skills
* Positive attitude and solution-oriented mindset
* Team player
Language requirements:
* French: native or fluent
* English: native or fluent
Tools:
* Demonstrable proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and experience using a CMS and CRM system is essential.
* Experience with HubSpot, WordPress, Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a desired.
