Chargé équipement, sécurité logistique médiathèque Jean Cocteau - EC9754

MISSIONS

1. Participate in the equipment of documents (books, CDs, DVDs, video games, etc.) for the Jean Cocteau media library.
2. Participate in the cataloging, equipment, and monitoring of periodicals for the Jean Cocteau media library.
3. Ensure the follow-up of shipments of bound and weeded books for the Jean Cocteau media library.
4. Occasionally manage various logistical tasks (exhibitions, furniture, moving boxes) between media libraries or to action sites (such as community festivals).
5. Assist in the assembly and disassembly of furniture and equipment at the Jean Cocteau media library.
6. Contribute to discussions on the evolution of document circulation.
7. Perform security agent duties (fire safety and assistance to persons - SSIAP 1) at the Jean Cocteau media library, occupying about one-third of your time.
8. Participate in public service at the Jean Cocteau media library.
9. Supervise the proper functioning of the media library's public kitchen and assist in the maintenance of plants and possibly an aquarium.
10. Regularly drive two vehicles: Kangoo and Master (valid B driver's license required).


WORK CONDITIONS & REMUNERATION

* Location: Jean Cocteau media library, Place de France, Massy.
