Your Impact:


At Rexel Group, the role of Integration Factory (50 people) is to support strategic transformation projects across Rexel countries that require integration specialists. The Integration Factory, in addition to be a design authority, acts as a delivery center of integration projects entrusted to it.


We are accelerating this transformation, and as Delivery Manager, reporting to the Head of Data & Integration Technology, you will be accountable for the end-to-end delivery of programs and projects to meet business needs, and be responsible for countries relationships across their span of control.




Your day to day :


Your main responsibilities will include:


* Overseeing and steering integration development roadmap of the Integration Factory
* Onboarding and support countries IT services from design to production
* Developping and documenting standards and methodologies surrounding the Integration Platform



1) Overseeing and steering development roadmap of the Integration Platform according to the local-countries requirements: you are responsible for supporting end-to-end delivery of solution.

* Ensure the receipt of complete, documented detail requirements from the country IT project team. Assist with the identification and analysis of requirements, as necessary.
* Ensure architecture resources deliver complete, documented designs. Contribute to the creation and documentation of the design, as necessary.
* Serve as the Integration Factory primary representative at all project meetings.
* Request, review, approve and deliver the Partner statement of work (SOW).
* Collaborate with the onsite/offshore management leaders to plan and schedule the different project milestones.
* Develop and maintain the development schedule in MS Project or another formal project management application.
* Ensure the onsite/offshore development team executes to the plan and schedule.
* Ensure all appropriate technical documentation is produced, is complete and correct, complies with factory technical documentation standards and formats, and is appropriately stored on the SharePoint site.
* Plan, manage and ensure appropriate communication of all activities.
* Review and approve Partners reported project SLA KPIs.
* Collaborate with Digital & Data Factory colleagues to identify, recommezqqnd and implement improvements in the build model and processes.



2) Onboarding and supporting countries IT services with the Integration Factory, from prototype to production: you are the owner of the overall integration process between countries, business requirements gathering, solution requirements and end-user integration:

* Maintain onboarding documentation
* Set-up and drive key meetings with country IT services and communicate clear path forward
* Ensure quality of service of the Integration Platform, managing incidents and reaching out to the appropriate technical teams



3) Developping and documenting standards and methodologies surrounding the Integration Factory: securing knowledge and know-how

* Onboarding documents to scale teams efficiently
* Provide critical judgement on data model efficiency based your experience and best practices
* Blueprints Collection of use-cases to improve integration lead time
* Operation and support handbooks to coordinate teams across infrastructure, security and local-country teams



Your strenghts and skills :


* An engineering degree and at minimum 10-15 years professional experience
* An experience in rolled-out large-scale IT/Integration projects
* An expertise with project management methodologies and tools and in Information Technology systems
* A previous experience as a consultant can be an asset
* An Excellent leadership skills with experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
* An Ability and seniority to challenge country business teams regarding existing processes
* Pragmatic and capable to solve complex issues when translating business operations into data scientist constraints
* A fluent English level
