A leading international consultancy is seeking a Senior Programme Manager to lead a high-impact refurbishment programme in Paris. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with deep experience in fit-out and MEP works within operating assets, fluent in both French and English, and confident navigating French permitting and HSE practices.


🔑 Key Responsibilities:

* Lead day-to-day execution across contractors and consultants
* Drive scope, schedule, and cost control under the Programme Director
* Coordinate design deliverables, shop drawings, and approvals
* Manage contractor performance, daily issue resolution, and HSE interface
* Maintain programme schedule, look-aheads, and recovery plans
* Deliver immaculate reporting: progress, risks, cost/commitments, and change


🎯 First 90 Days Outcomes:

* 30 Days: Workstream plans, 3-week look-aheads, constraints & permits tracker, site logistics/protection plan
* 60 Days: Detailed MEP & fit-out sequencing, procurement schedule, QA/QC ITP draft
* 90 Days: Stable progress measurement (EV basics/curves), cost/commitment log, change register under control


✅ Requirements:

* 10+ years in PM/CM roles focused on fit-out & MEP refurb within live environments
* Strong contractor management and planning/controls discipline
* Fluent in French and English
* Familiarity with French permitting and HSE practices
* Excellent written reporting skills
